Tamar, a makeup artist in Vancouver, Toronto and Winnipeg, is an artist by trade and passion. From a young age Tamar had always had her hands in the art and entertainment industry.

Tamar has been working as a make-up and hair artist for over the last 10 years. She has worked in television, film, fashion, print, music videos and commercials. Her talents ranging from simple beauty, high fashion to special effects make-up where she draws Inspiration from artist’s work such as Veruschka’s body painting, Rick Bakers FX make-up and Kevyn Aucoin’s beauty make-up. 10 years ago Tamar decided to change her canvas to the human face and body. Her inspirations also reach outside of the make up field from photographers like George Hurrell to painters like Vermeer and Dali.
Tamar has worked for various cosmetic brands such as Stila, Chanel, Nars and Scott Barnes. Tamar has worked with talents like Julie Benz, Amy Acker, Gina Holdon, Corey Monteith, Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Eckhart Tolle, Ryan Robbins.
