RANDY SMITH (US PAPERS)

Randy’s extensive career in fashion has spanned over 30 years in New York, LA, Miami, Montreal and Toronto. He began building critically acclaimed visual displays for the Eaton’s department store. In 1989, Randy was named Fashion Editor of the newly introduced Elle Quebec where he influenced trends across all categories. This experience helped shape Randy’s career as a vibrant fashion stylist and art director.

Randy spent sixteen years in the United States working with an expansive network of clients including Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales. Career highlights included styling the likes of rock icon David Bowie, pop sensation Justin Timberlake, and Hollywood A-lister Sandra Bullock as well as a television appearance on “The View”. In addition, Randy consulted for Phillipe Dubuc’s men’s line that was launched at The Louvre in Paris.

In 2006, Randy returned to his native Canada and quickly started working with the top talent and clients in Montreal.
 
In 2008, he joined the marketing team at La Maison Simon’s department store as Photo Director. To execute his vision, he conceptualized visual merchandising plans (both in-store and online) and assembled teams comprised of top photographers, casting models, and hair and makeup artists.  He also styled Simon’s Twik, Djab and men’s suiting departments. After two successful years in-house with Simon’s, Randy returned to the freelance arena and relocated to Toronto.

Most recently, Randy fashion directed and/or styled Holt Renfrew, Harry Rosen, Simons, Hudson’s Bay Company and Sears and celebrities such as Daniel Radcliffe, Sir Ben Kingsley and Mia Martina for her MMVA 2015 performance and hit music video Beast. Randy is also responsible for the recent global phenomenon Fashion Santa’s stylish makeover.  
 
Randy is Contributing Fashion Editor of Dress to Kill Magazine where his latest creative endeavours can be seen in each issue.

À 20 ans, cette graduée en design de la mode du Collège Marie-Victorin part faire un stage de 2 mois à Paris chez Promostyl, Bureau International de Style et de Recherche de Tendances. C’est au travers cette aventure française de 3 ans que la passion pour le stylisme s’est affirmée.

De retour à Montréal et fortement inspirée par la culture française, elle défonce littéralement les portes du Studio Pace & Pettas, un des plus importants studio de photo au Canada, et y assure la gestion et la direction de tous les projets modes pendant plus 5 ans.

Cette styliste allumée, aligne de nombreuses réalisations en mode toutes plus créatives les unes que les autres grâce à de précieuses collaborations avec le magazine Clin d’œil et avec des clients tels que Coca-Cola, Gildan, Les Centres à la Mode et Club Med.

RITA FIORUCCI

At the age of 21 Rita Fiorucci landed a job working for Toronto’s FASHION magazine and Fashion File, formerly hosted by Tim Blanks, Style.com’s editor at large.

Today Rita is one of Canada’s most progressive fashion and wardrobe stylists. Her work has been recognized on an international level and celebrated in the pages of Elle, Rolling Stones, Purple, Schon, Bullett, Factice, Filter, Rouge China, Metal, and Open Lab to name a few. She has collaborated on show productions with global fashion designers Steven Tai, Tanya Taylor, Jean Pierre Braganza, and Bellavance as well as earning the prestige of working with top models Liisa Winkler, Yasmine Warsame, Jessica Stam, and Andrej Pejic.

Rita’s undeniable love for architecture, fashion design, and pop culture is significant to her craft. Her travels throughout Europe, The Middle East, Australia, and the U.S have cultivated her influence of style and remain quintessential to her aesthetic.

Most of Fiorucci’s time is spent between Canada and the US where she works on high-concept editorial shoots, lifestyle print campaigns, TV commercials, and runway shows for clients such as IMG, Mercedes Benz, Ducati, Stoli, Proctor & Gamble, Hudson Bay Co., Korhani Home, Target,  American Apparel, The Leather Atelier, Lucian Matis, and Tosca Delfino Swim.  In 2013, Rita became apart of the Visual Merchandising Team for the prestige Italian house Salvatore Ferragamo.

 

CATHERINE SIMARD

Catherine Simard is a Fashion Stylist based in Montreal and Quebec city. She entered the world of fashion as a model and kept on developing her passion for styling. Her interest for structured shapes, contemporary pieces and minimalist designs give her an avant-garde yet futuristic signature style. Catherine evokes a purely aesthetic style and considers every work she does a piece of art. She’s a perfectionist, is organized and has a sharp eye for color combination, which ensures that all her projects are successful.

Caherine Simard est une styliste établie à Montréal et à Québec. Son entrée dans l’industrie de la mode en tant que mannequin a fait naître en elle une passion pour le stylisme. Ses intérêts pour les vêtements structurés et minimalistes lui confèrent un style avant-gardiste et futuriste. Catherine prône un esthétique épuré et considère chaque projet de stylisme comme un art. Conrad Nadeau began his career as a fashion stylist in the late 90s, collaborating for French-Canadian Elle Magazine. Since then, Conrad has made an outstanding impression in the international fashion community.   

His artistic vision, keen eye and sense of style have made him a sought-after stylist with a client base in both editorial and advertising genres. Conrad’s assignments have taken him to major cities throughout the United States & abroad.

Conrad’s vision is a vital component in the creative process of every project. He believes that collaboration is vital, from the initial concept to the final stages of any production. He successfully combines the client’s vision with his knowledge of fashion and artistic design to create a unique imagery for each campaign. 

A passion for art has always been a primary influence in his work, known for its eye-catching style and theatrical sophistication. It has been featured in publications worldwide.

MINDY SAAD (US PAPERS)

Mindy Saad was born and raised in Canada where she split her time between the cities of
Montreal and Toronto. Mindy always had a love for fashion so after she obtained her degree in Fashion Studies she got her first full time styling job doing window displays.

Once Mindy realized that the freelance world was more to her liking she landed a job with the world-renowned director Floria Sigismundi shooting a Converse All Star ad for Vogue Magazine. With her freelance career allowing her ample time to travel and work abroad Mindy decided to visit Vienna, Austria where she worked several European publications which segued into a trip to Israel to style ad campaigns for Gottex Swimwear and Palmers Lingerie.

Since she was a little girl Mindy dreamed about living and working in New York city so in 1999 she decided to make those dreams a reality, packed up everything and made the move to the states.
It turns out the move to New York was the right step because since Mindy arrived her work has graced the pages of such prestigious magazines as Arena, Interview, GQ, Details, and In Style. Mindy has also worked with photographers the likes of Norman Jean Roy, Taryn Simon, Antoine Verglas, Leslie Kee, Danny Clinch, Micheal Levine and Rainer Hosch.

Mindy’s advertising clients currently include L’Oreal, Maybelline, Rimmel, Mitsubishi, Movado, Clairol, Cole Haan, IBM, Nike, Adidas and Coca-Cola to name a few. And of course a stylist is never complete without her list of celebrities so Mindy is proud to say that she has worked with clients the likes of David Beckham, The Black Crowes, Taye Diggs, John Legend, Conan O’Brian, Laura Linney, Allison Janey, Rosie Perez, Kelly Clarkson, and Donald and Melania Trump.
